How do I make a reservation for a tour, lesson, or rental?

Book here or call  850-254-7244. We are glad to discuss  options to create the customized experience you are looking for.

How long does a tour last?

Typically 2.5 hours and lessons 90 minutes.

How many can go on the tour?

We book parties in four.  For larger parties or team building opportunities, call directly.

Do I Need A Reservation?

Reservations are best as we book up in advance. Reservations can be made up to 15 minutes in advance when there is a booking open. We  recommend making reservations in advance when possible but always accept impromptu bookings when available.

What Is Your Cancelation Policy?

We understand that your plans change and that you may need to cancel your reservation. With 24 hours of advance notice, we will offer a full refund on any amount you have paid (except multi-day trips and private group trips, which must be canceled 14 days in advance for a full refund). We cannot offer any refund after 24 hours. We will reschedule your booking for another day or generate a gift certificate for later use.

Weather Cancelations?

We typically cancel for steady rain, strong winds, and thunderstorms. We will contact you in this case for the choice of either rescheduling or gift certificate.

Starting and Arrival?

Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled. Be sure to allow extra time for parking.  You will receive booking confirmation with location details prior to tour departure.

Do I need prior experience?

No. We custom-designed this experience for you. We will cater to your learning style and comfortability on the board. Tours are designed for those who have never been on the board before.  We start with a lesson on the basics of paddleboarding, safety, and the unique features of the board. Next, we will take off on our adventure to see where your level of comfortability takes us. Hopefully, we find ourselves weightless taken in the nature around us.

What do I bring?

As little as possible to nothing at all or as much as you want.

Take water on board - we have straps to secure your bottle.

Sunscreen apply before departure and bring it with you.

Sunglasses- do not forget a floating guard.

Towel - for after and an optional change of clothes

Depending on the season, bug spray to use before departure.

Dry bags are available for use at your own risk.

Boards:

We have a variety of Yolo boards and Red Paddle inflatable boards.

How stable are your boards?

When you sign up, we ask about your weight and height. This is to provide you with a board that is the proper size, length, and width. If you have the correct size board and safe fun conditions, anybody can paddleboard!

Can children paddle?

Children under the age of 15 need to be with parents or supervising adults. Bring your own PDF/life jacket. Requirements to wear will be up to the guardian. If the guide has any safety concerns, the tour will be stopped and returned to ensure the child's safety. If the guide requests a life jacket be worn it must be worn correctly at all times. Life jackets will be provided with availability.

Do you have on-site storage?

No, we do not have an on-site location. We will have a limited amount of dry bags that can be used for small items like keys. Be sure the dry bag is closed correctly. It should keep your things safe and dry. (use at own risk)

Can I Bring My Pet?

Depending on board availability and your pet's size, we will do our best to accommodate. Give us a call to discuss reservations.
